Boiler service still only £50

Buy British, the new Baxi 600 & 800 combi boilers will not let you down, exactly the same boilers! Only difference is the warranty length, the 600 range come with a 7 year, and the 800 come with a 10 year! They have a stainless steel burner, and brass internal parts but if you ever do have a problem, these boilers are designed to be stripped down, and rebuilt within an hour, saving on engineer costs. As the front and sides come off! As long as a dreaded kitchen fitter does not hinder this. So if you have one of these boilers, and get a new kitchen fitted, make sure they follow the clearance guide in the installation manual. Do not be afraid to let them know, as if a cupboard is fitted without the correct clearance, this could invalidate your warranty!

It is now a requirement by building regulations, that all hot water pipes from your boiler, on the heating side and hot water tap side must be insulated, and TRV's (thermostatic radiator valves must be fitted to all radiators, except where the thermostat is located! This will increase the efficiency of your boiler, and aid against heat loss. Where as before it was good practice, now its a requirement.

The new Baxi 800 range 10 year warranty, and Baxi 600 Range with a 7 year warranty, with a stainless steel burner, and brass internal parts, not plastic for a trouble free long life! And Hive smart thermostats also installed. As well as other wireless thermostats.

At the risk, of doing myself out of work, I want people to understand their boilers, if your gas engineer did not explain to you! Then shame on them. If your boiler stops giving you heat or hot water, then first check your water pressure, make sure it is above 1 bar, but no more than 1.5bar. If you have a wireless thermostat/programmer replace your batteries. Have you had it serviced in the last year? If the weather is below freezing, you may have a frozen condensate pipe. If you just want some advice then give me a call, it only costs for an engineer if we have to come out. Get to know your boiler before panic and £££££ sets in. And always read your manual, it will state when you need to call an engineer.
