• Fully insulated — the whole space is now wrapped up warm and energy‑efficient

• First‑fix electrics & plumbing — all the behind‑the‑scenes essentials are in

• New slate roof going on — giving the home a fresh, durable, premium finish with loads of veluxs for natural light

Every stage brings this project closer to becoming a stunning new living space. More updates coming soon as we move into plasterboarding.

Our team has just kicked off a brand‑new loft conversion project, here what’s happening:

• Full strip and re‑tile of the roof
• Velux windows will be added for loads of natural light
• A new dormer creating space for a stylish bathroom
• Two brand‑new spacious bedrooms

It’s always exciting to turn unused loft space into something practical, and this one is set to become a stunning addition to the property. We’ll be sharing progress updates as the project develops.

✨ Back to a Loft We Finished Earlier This Year 🚧

We recently popped back to a loft conversion we wrapped up at the start of the year, and wow — what a difference once our customer made it their own.

It’s always great seeing a space go from freshly finished to fully lived‑in. The décor, the furniture, the little touches… it all comes together and really shows off the space in a whole new way. Super satisfying to see the end result looking so good.

✨ Loft Conversion Update! ✨

We’ve been making big strides on site these past weeks building up to Christmas…

• ✅ Upstairs fully insulated, plasterboarded, and plastered – creating a warm, comfortable, and finished feel throughout the new space.

• ✅ New staircase installed – seamlessly connecting the loft to the rest of the home and forming the new brighter hallway.

• ✅ Exterior works completed – roofing and windows are now in place, ensuring the property is watertight and secure.

• ⏳ Silicone render is the last step outside, which will complete the transformation of the exterior.

We’re pleased with how this project is shaping up — the transformation is nearly there! 👀

🏡 Extension Project Complete!

We’ve recently been back to see the finished job after our customer has added her own personal touches — and the transformation is stunning. It’s always rewarding to see how our work becomes part of someone’s everyday living, tailored perfectly to their style and needs.

What we built:

• 🛏️ A brand‑new extension to accommodate a bedroom with its own wet room, adding comfort and convenience.
• 🍳 A larger fitted kitchen, giving the heart of the home more space for cooking, entertaining, and family life.

This extension has truly elevated the home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

🚧 Loft Conversion Update 🏗️

Big progress these last couple of weeks!

• Framework complete – The structural shell is now in place, and internal walls are up giving shape to the new space.

• Insulation complete – We’ve been busy with insulating, making sure the loft will be warm and energy-efficient.

• External work begun - Roofing work has begun and will mark a big step toward sealing and finishing the build.

Next stages will be getting plaster boarding done inside ready for plastering and once roof work is complete we will be getting external surfaces ready for silicone render!

It’s amazing to see the transformation happening day by day. We can’t wait to share more as we move closer to the finished space!

🏗️ Extension Project Update 🪚

We’re pleased to share the latest milestone on our current extension project… The structure is now fully watertight and sealed, a major step forward in the build. With doors, windows, and roof lanterns installed, the space is secure and protected—ready for the next phase.

Inside, we’ve completed plasterboard installation all prepped and ready for plastering.

Underfloor heating system fitted and screed laid joining the floor levels.

Next up: the transformation continues with a brand-new kitchen installation and wet room, bringing this space to life with style and functionality.

We’ve transformed this garage into a multi-functional space that delivers both practicality and comfort. The new roller door keeps storage secure, while the rest of the space now offers:

• A separate office space for focused work
• A cozy TV lounge with direct access to the garden
• Also a toilet for added convenience

🌿 And outside, we laid a fresh lawn and additional block paving to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
