We have a new project in East Bergholt, where we stripped the roof and replaced the fascia and soffits. Up next is to put slates on the roof, build a front extension, render the house, and install an oak porch

It's been a while since our last update! Our new build project has made significant progress. We now have the first lift of brick and block work completed, and the posi joists and flooring for the first floor are installed. We're ready to start the brick and block work on the first floor.

Who remembers the two-story extension we did in Edwardstone before Christmas? With clear blue skies and pleasant weather, we finally had the perfect opportunity to return and capture aerial footage with our drone, showcasing the impressive growth and transformation of the project.

**Project Update**

Here's a quick overview of our progress on our new project:

- Foundations have been constructed using Gen 3 concrete.
- We have removed 117 tons of muck.
- We are using 5 packs of 7N concrete blocks.
- A block and beam floor, supplied by Cube 6, has been installed.
- Face bricks have been laid up to the damp proof course (DPC).
- We are now ready for the first lift to reach the floor joist height.

Our Edwardstone project is nearing completion and becoming water tight! The hand-cut hipped roof has been completed using C24 treated timber. Now it's time to tile it.

Our two-story extension in Edwardstone is coming along nicely!

We have now built the superstructure and are beginning to install the hand cut roof.

All the floor joists are in, and we have installed cavity wall insulation, using cavity wall 32 insulation to ensure we achieve the best thermal performance for this project.

Our new project has begun!

We are constructing a two-story extension with a single-story front wraparound. The foundations are complete, and the block and beam floor has been delivered. Stay tuned for more updates on this project coming soon.
