Front garden tidy up.
This is an ongoing job with multiple issues to sort out over the coming weeks but it's nice to see some progress already.

Today's clearance was a little different for us.
The house was empty and is up for sale due to a bereavement.
We were tasked with "making good"
The garden itself was clearly well loved and long established, just the acer alone must be 20+ years old so it felt like a real privilege to bring it back to somewhere near its best.
I don't know if it was just psychological or if there really was something/someone watching over but it definitely felt even more special to be given the chance to work on this lovely garden.

Today's job a beautiful little cottage garden getting out of hand for the lovely couple that own it, we were charged with clearing the patio, digging over the borders and then adding in a mulch to help maintain the borders and keep the weeds down, all under the watchful eye of Jake Blues of the blues brothers!

We were tasked with getting this garden back today.
This lovely young family were desperate to have a useable space for the kids and adults alike and with the summer ( remember that?)
Just round the corner it was time to tackle it.
Hopefully now they can enjoy the space to it's full potential.
If there was any doubt on the impact of what we did today I quote the 4yo of the family after they saw just a small bit of it unfold
"best day ever"
That right there is what makes us keep going.

Had a little helper today !

We were tasked with weeding and digging over the borders of a lovely garden in Willingdon.
Definitely a budding gardener in the ranks.
