After graduation I was trained at the prestigious VSZK Keszthely (Hungary) in 2004. Constantly attending on quality national competitions. After finishing school started working in a confectionery in Balatonszemes (Hungary) managing the kitchen and baking traditional tasty Hungarian cakes and pastries. After couple of years I came to London - UK in 2008 to try my luck. I started to build up my skills in Nadell Patisserie in North London where learned traditional English and French bakery,pastries and cakes. After 3 years I went to a The Bluebell Restaurant - Chigwell, Essex where I became part of the fine dining world, famously regarded for the finest modern British and European cuisine but with sophisticated and simplicity.
