😍😍 wow what a transformation, this house in Harrogate was built back in the 1960s and possibly was the original bathroom from back then and it had certainly served its purpose and time for a rejuvenation to bring it back to its former glory.
We had to take everything right back to brick and start from scratch to be able to make sure we had everything work correctly.
It’s been a pleasure to work with the lovely family that live in the house and I’m

🧼🛁 Outstanding Wetroom installation 🛁🧼

The transformation on this installation is incredible, absolute flawless workmanship if we do say so ourselves 🌟👌

We have really enjoyed working on modernising this en-suite Wetroom and always a pleasure when installing quality products, stylish sleek tile design complimented with the Baylis gun metal brassware and anthracite alloy tile trims.

LED illuminated appliances really does add to the luxury feel, giving off just enough light to help set the mood whilst showering, winding down after that long stressful day at the office…. little additions but but definitely worth while.

Underfloor heating to keep your bare feet cosy on the cold chilly mornings

We recently had a called from a customer, he explained to me they have had several other plumbers and none of which have solved their issues but had still been charged 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦‍♂️
On first inspection several outlets were down to a trickle and others where fine to which we checked on the header tank in the loft as this would be what feeds the whole house.
On inspection it was clear what the issue was with no lid on the tank and fibre glass insulation had falling into the tank and broken down into the water system which can be dangerous and possibly cause illness. we was able to fix the problem by wet vac and and system flush out.
One very happy customer with a clear water system 💦💦

This dreamy Wetroom installing capturing the perfect combination of beauty and functionality all installed and finished off the the highest standards.
We really did enjoy this one with it constructed from what was the old kitchen and having several challenges along the way to ensure everything worked smoothly,
A full new drainage soil system and groundwork’s allowed us to be able to install this small but classy wetroom, downstairs for the customer requirements using up the spare space in what was there old kitchen. (which is now a separate utility room).

All fully mitred tiles, a trimless design added to the wow factor and showcasing our skills that just improve this flawless Wetroom design.
LED lighting designs under the basin, W/c and the niche allowing for the customer to have the ambient mood lighting to what ever they desire.

Almost all the work carried out by ourselves without having to rely on any other trades other than the sparkles. BF Electrical

🚿🛀🏻💦Full transformation before and after photos of this old bathroom that just was not fit for purpose no longer.
A full rip out and back to brick was needed to ensure the best quality of workmanship possible, providing this customer with there new dream bathroom and a stunning one at that.

🫧🛀🏻🧼Another fantastic Wetroom 🧼🛀🏻🫧

installation recently completed, this new build house had a basic bathroom with a poor layout with not much useable space, Wetroom tray installed helping to free up much needed space and also help aid access to showering. (So many benefits to have a Wetroom over a standard tray and enclosure) also wall hung toilet giving you the illusion of floor space with it be off the ground, and a repositioning of the basin allowing all the suite to be all on one wall again freeing up space to get changed and drying off etc

🚿First Wetroom installing post of 2024💦

(no before pics as I forgot to take them before the rip out)

An installation completed a while back now but I just never seem to get around to posting them.

The old bathroom was very small and cramped with having a bath where the shower area is now made things feel like you was on top of yourself when using this room beforehand.
This installation was in need for a full redesign and extra room had to be taken from the bedroom next to it.
Been able to build a timber stud wall 200mm extension has made a huge improvement to the amount of space now created, enabled us to re-position the wall hung basin and w/c to the left of the room and creating a central area to be able to change clothing and drying after shower etc.

All the trade work seen here from start to finish is all done in house by our multi skilled tradesmen, making things less hassle waiting on others trades.

🛁🫧Check out our recent Wetroom installation before and after pictures 🚿🛀🏻

As you can tell from the pictures of the old bathroom, it had seen better days and in desperate need of a full renovation.
The clients had certain requests and with some professional advice from ourselves on a new layout, we was able to provide a more spacious luxury Wetroom installation.
With the room been an odd shape this one had to be totally bespoke and a few changes along the way included the solid oak shelves for add storage space.
A long process from start to finish with several challenges along the way but the customer is very pleased and excited with the final transformation. 👌👌👌👌

🛁 Another quality installations completed 🚿✅

This one is from a few month back now and definitely illustrates the use of useful space with the right design and layout. The elderly couple was delighted with their new main bathroom as their mobility was an issue and getting in and out of the bath without aid was becoming troublesome. This wetroom area gives them the access to showering with out too much hindering, (grab rails fitted at a later date). This installation was a full rip out and start again process including new soil Stack from cast iron, new double glazing window to match existing, all new plumbing and electrical and everything else that goes with. 👍👍🛁
