Project ff&e are proud to have recently completed Raffles Hall, a new PBSA scheme in York, delivered in partnership with GMI Construction Group PLC. The project included a full design, supply and installation package of fitted furniture, loose furniture and kitchens across 195 cluster bedrooms, 108 studios and 27 cluster kitchens, alongside fully furnished and thoughtfully designed amenity spaces.

Working closely with the client from early concept through to completion, our team developed the amenity designs using location-led inspiration, coordinated furniture and bespoke joinery solutions, and supported the wider interior vision through detailed layouts, visuals, material selection and technical coordination.

Delivered on site between October 2024 and February 2025, with a final return visit in September 2025, the project progressed at an average of 30 rooms per week. Despite a challenging floorplate and restricted access, careful planning and close collaboration ensured a smooth, safe and successful delivery of bedrooms, kitchens and vibrant amenity areas.

We’re proud to share our work on UNCLE Leeds (Part 2) - a landmark BTR development delivering 488 premium apartments across two canal-side towers on the historic Doncaster & Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks site.

Project ff&e Ltd were appointed by RG Group to design, supply, and install all fitted kitchens and wardrobes across the scheme, delivering 802 wardrobes and high-spec kitchens featuring vinyl wrap doors, laminate, quartz and Dekton worktops, and Bosch and Candy appliances.

Over a 44-week programme, our team installed an average of 16 kitchens and 27 wardrobes per week, overcoming key logistical challenges such as delivering quartz worktops via a specially engineered chute system.

Delivered entirely by a Yorkshire-based workforce, we were also proud to support RG Group’s community initiatives throughout the project.

Centre Court, Nottingham

Located on the former Forest Mill site, Centre Court has transformed this previously derelict area into a vibrant student community, delivering 790 purpose-built student accommodation units.

Project ff&e Ltd was appointed by Olympian to deliver a complete package of loose furniture, fitted furniture, and kitchens across cluster bedrooms, studios and cluster kitchens, as well as amenity areas including study zones and social spaces.

Working closely with interior designers, Bond Bryan Architects, Project ff&e Ltd selected furniture and fabrics to complement the carefully curated interiors, drawing inspiration from Nottingham’s rich textile heritage.

The project was managed by a senior contracts manager with support from project assistants, a site manager, supervisors, and team leaders, ensuring effective coordination and quality oversight.

The scheme was delivered over a 35-week programme, initially working at a rate of up to 40 rooms per week over two blocks, and scaling up to work across all three blocks simultaneously as the project approached completion. This ensured handover was achieved on time and to the highest standards.

Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge – completed!

Over the weekend, members of our team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, and we’re thrilled to say we did it!

In under 12 hours, we successfully climbed Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, covering more than 24.5 miles and conquering over 1,600m of vertical ascent.

It was a day of determination, teamwork, and plenty of muddy boots; all in support of an incredible cause, Tommy’s Voice.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, supported, and donated. Every step (and steep climb!) was worth it to raise funds and awareness for a charity that means so much to us.

We’re proud to announce that Project Group UK has achieved the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award!

This award received by Paul Hutchinson, Andrea Ball, Frankie Liddle and Tom Owens reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community - including veterans, reservists, and their families - in the workplace.

A huge thank you to the ERS Regional Team including Pauline King and Richard Lenton for hosting a wonderful evening celebrating all the fantastic organisations across Yorkshire and the Humber who were recognised with Silver Awards. It was inspiring to be among so many employers championing those who serve.

This week, Kat Abson – our ESG Marketing Coordinator, visited Harry Dwan, Fundraising Manager at , one of our valued charity partners.

Kat was there to donate £200 worth of Easter eggs to support Mustard Tree’s Easter Egg Drive, which helps stock their community shop and food club.

At a time when the rising cost of living is making even everyday essentials harder to afford, this Easter initiative aims to bring a little joy to families.

By providing low-cost or free Easter Eggs, the team at Mustard Tree helps to ensure that everyone can enjoy the simple pleasure of an Easter celebration, without the added financial strain and Project Group is proud to be able to support this.
