I know a bio wash can clean for 2wks at a 20/1 mix but we don't like to leave without it looking like it's been done so we use a 5/1 mix first then half raise to activate and then approx a 20/1 and will carry one doing the job for approx 2wk we was lucky enough to go bk 4 days later to do more work (first course under breathable under felt new battens and fibreglass the mineral felt flashinging and whole new gutter) and even in that time it worked wonders.

Repair around chimney to felt, was no upstand on felt and could see day light through parts of it.
all new lead work, all the way around with lead soakers forgot to get finish pictures until after we packed up and got cat ladder down
