A recent project for one of our regular customers in Stansted. A large disused bathroom demolished to make way for a more functional en suite shower room and dressing area.

We have built the customers Ikea PAX system wardrobes but given it the bespoke feel with a raised base and skirting detail, scribed end panels and traditional cornice. All then painted in Little Green paint.

Some before and after photos of one of our recent bathroom refurbishments.
This project, was one of two bathroom refurbs for one of our existing customers in Sheering.
Complete strip out, re tile, new suite, towel rad, niche wall built to house shower tray screen, lights, extractor, plaster and paint job.

A nice new timber pergola supplied and fitted for one of our existing customers in North Weald this week.
Replacing the tired old one we constructed this with 8x2 timbers, further reinforced with a steel flitch beam and painted in Cuprinol terracotta garden shades. 😎

Some recently completed refurb works for one of our valued regular customers.

This one involved the removal of existing laminate flooring to 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs, and replace with Karndean LVT flooring upstairs, then sand and paint the timber staircase ready for the new carpet runner.

Full paint job throughout the areas together with new radiator covers, new handrails in black, replacing timber balustrades with toughened glass and feature wall paper to the main bedroom.

Something a bit different….

Our recent internal garage renovation to create a sleek ‘formula one’ style garage space with all exposed storage and utility space hidden behind sliding doors and finished with black acoustic panels, interlocking pvc floor tiles and new crisp white LED lighting.

Here is our latest completed renovation project, a two bedroom rental property in Harlow that was in dire need of a complete refurbishment….

We stripped everything out of this one, right back to the floor joists.

We fitted new upvc windows and external doors, re fitted a leaking roof to the extension, new insulation, new fuseboard and complete electrical re wire, new LED lighting throughout, new boiler and radiators, new soil stack, re borded everywhere, plastered throughout, new kitchen, new bathroom, new balustrades, new doors and skirtings, new laminate flooring downstairs, new carpet upstairs, new soffits, facias and gutters, paint job in Almond white and lots of finishing touches 👌

Supply and installation of some new double glazed roof lights today for our customers at The Centre Osteopathy and Chiropody/Podiatry, Old Harlow, to brighten up one of the surgery rooms.
