““When we decided on undertaking a very special garden project for our good friend who is in hospital with leukaemia, Martin was the first person that sprung to mind! He’d completed two large decking areas for us a few years ago and had done a great job.
We are working to a tight deadline as our friend is allowed home for 4 days in between chemo rounds. He can’t have friends/family in the house as his immunity is so low so we wanted a speedy decking area with pergola so he can be shaded and watch his children play, and have visitors and company, not feeling isolated away from everyone.
Martin has been phenomenal, he’s called around, got us the very best price, moved mountains and his own workload to accommodate our timescales and offered a generous discount for his labour to help this wonderful family.
We appreciate him as a tradesman but more so as a person. This will be such a surprise when our friend returns home and we are all so very grateful!
