You can buy the most expensive flooring in the world, but if your subfloor isn't right, the end result won't look right either.

Today’s job was all about making this old floor good again. We used a premium self-leveling smoothing compound to bridge the gaps between rooms, fix the cracks, and create a perfectly smooth, level surface across the entire hallway and kitchen transition.

From outdated tiles to stunning herringbone luxury vinyl tile (LVT)! 🤩✨
This kitchen floor transformation shows exactly why prep work is everything.
We started by removing the shine from the existing ceramic tiles to create a rough, textured surface. Next, we applied a screed to smooth out the grout lines and create a perfectly flat, non-porous base.
Finally, we laid down this gorgeous, timeless herringbone LVT.

Prep is everything:
Roughing up the ceramic trim ensured the screed bonded perfectly.
Flawless base: The self-levelling screed eliminated all old grout lines.
