One of the recent large jobs decorating the Wonder Sensory cafe in Burnopfield for the grand opening tomorrow. It's been quietly operating over the past week with fantastic feedback from the customers.

It's all been decorated from the bare empty building to the current state following the owner's vision and excellent ideas for the place. The job included:
- installation of the kitchen and serving area
- plumbing and electrical works
- drywall decor
- installation of lighting, sound system, cafe sign with background light and many more

Do pay them a visit when you're in the area, their cakes are absolutely delicious 👌

A quick job in between two kitchen installations and finishing touches at the cafe that is due to open at the end of next week.

A small toilet revamp, including:
- plastering
- surface leveling
- painting
- splash back tile

An update from the job finished last week for our returning client, including:
- carpet removal and disposal
- floor repair
- sanding
- wood preparation
- varnishing
- wallpaper removal
- wall preparation
- painting and glossing

Another Sunday morning at Wonder Sensory. I'm working at the cafe today, installing cabinets in the kitchen area and installing a sound system (with built-in ceiling speakers) 👌 The place is starting to look great with all the decor and fast progress.

I've been so busy in the run up to Christmas I didn't get a chance to post much from the jobs so I'll try to catch up on that (with a New Year's resolution firmly in place!). But before I do I wanted to show you how important it is to use quality products for your home improvements. This is not just a cheap varnish, it's a top quality hardwax oil and really the difference it makes applied on raw wood says it all.

This is Osmo Polyx Oil, and although it's not the cheapest, it's definitely one of the best options for raw wood preservation 👍

Working at the new Wonder Sensory cafe this week, painting, building a storage space and installing a massive tree in the centre of the sensory room. Once the sensory room is ready, I'll be building custom furnishings and wall decor in the cafe area making sure all is ready for the grand opening soon.
