**follow up from previous post** garage conversion completed, taken over from previous builder who only completed brickwork and left, leaving customer out of pocket and upset . 6 working days we completed following building regs and visits from inspector. With a final cert provided!! Customer is overjoyed with completion! Going through building control puts upto 20% value on property. Only leaving decorating 😊👌🏻
