Every well-run project starts long before the first dig. 📏📐

Before any work began on this new car park for a GP practice in Sunderland, we took precise digital measurements using professional equipment — capturing the exact square metres and depths required.

Why do we do this?

Because proper measurement means:
• Accurate pricing
• Correct material quantities
• Clear planning from day one
• No guesswork later

This video shows the first stage of a full start-to-finish project we’ll be documenting as it progresses.

Quality results don’t happen by accident — they’re built on organisation, preparation, and doing things properly from the outset.

We’re cracking on over at a lovely property in Morpeth. The groundworks are now almost fully prepared, with just a couple of days left to get the final section finished off.

Once that’s done, the area will be ready for the tarmac installation next week.

We’ll keep you updated as the job progresses, and the video attached gives a quick look at where things are up to today.

We’ve just finished relaying this beautiful patio — every slab properly primed, laid on a full contact bed, and set with the right fall for perfect drainage.

Now it’s solid, level, and ready for those relaxing evenings and weekend get-togethers! ☀️🪴

Great workmanship really does make all the difference. 👏

🌿 Patio Transformation Alert! 🌿

Our team was recently called out to fix a patio that had been poorly installed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, the paving slabs weren’t primed properly, weren’t laid on full contact beds, and the border blocks weren’t aligned or set correctly — all of which can cause movement, cracking, and drainage issues over time.

✅ We stripped it back and started fresh — laying the slabs with proper priming, full contact mortar beds, and ensuring the correct fall for effective drainage.

The result? A solid, long-lasting patio that not only looks fantastic but will stand the test of time.

If your patio isn’t holding up the way it should, get in touch — we’ll make sure it’s done right the first time.

📸 Check out the transformation on our next post!

🌿 Breaking Ground: Our New Landscaping Project Begins! 🌱

Here’s what’s taking shape:
🧱 A brick retaining wall to define the levels and add timeless character.
🪵 A new fence line, giving the garden a fresh, clean boundary and a touch of privacy.
🌾 A lush turfed area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
☀️ And a stunning sandstone patio area, bringing warm tones and a welcoming feel for outdoor living.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be preparing the groundwork, shaping the layout, and bringing each element together to create a seamless, cohesive design.

We can already picture the finished result — a beautiful, functional space ready to be enjoyed year-round.

Stay tuned for progress updates as this garden takes shape! 🌳✨
