Another quality roofing project completed by Rossendale Roofcare on a beautiful listed building finished with traditional Yorkshire stone.

This roof was stripped and renewed carefully to specification, ensuring the character of the property was maintained while bringing the roof up to modern standards. Works carried out included:

• New breathable felt membrane installed to spec
• New treated battens fitted throughout
• All sand and cement work completed using a traditional lime cement mix
• Chimney fully refurbished and re-flauched
• Yorkshire stone coverings carefully reinstated

A great deal of care and attention went into this project, especially working on a listed property where preserving the original appearance is essential.
