This poor client in had their Damp-Proofing done by another company only 3 years ago and it failed not so long after that 🙈😩 ... We arrived this morning removed the rotting skirting board knocked off the failed cement render off the walls, injected, damp stop mesh membrane system applied boarded reskimmed and a new skirting board fitted ... Just less than 4 hours from start to finish.. little disruption to the clients ... Now they only have to decide what colour to paint it 🤔

Today's job in Oswaldtwistle this property was suffering with damp issues and early signs of timber decay on the flooring as it was touching the damp wall bridging the damp .. rotting skirting boards and flooring removed walls hacked off injected damp stop mesh membrane applied reskimmed new skirts joist treated and new flooring applied... All in a days work and an early finish 💪😁

Nasty one today in Clayton le moors dangerously rotted floor riddled with woodworm and wet rot ... We cut back away until there was no visible sign of any rot or woodworm infestation treated the remaining timbers and replaced with new treated joists and floorboards and unblocked the floor vents ...
