Hi all! Here are a few pictures of our recent work. We’re coming up to the end of a fairly extensive complete renovation so we’ll post some pictures of that when we are finished, but we’re now booking in work for the near future…

Kitchen - ripped out old, moved sockets, re wired sockets and added new in units, new cooler circuit, levelled the floor and tiled, new kitchen in and tiled backsplash.

Downstairs toilet - ripped out old, removed old floor to wall tiles and filled walls, removed surface mounted water feed and put into wall, new waste pipe, new electrical feed for mirror, removed pull cord and added external light switch, tiled walls, painted walls and ceiling, fitted new basin unit, removed old radiator moved feeds over and fitted new towel rail. Nice little touches on this one - swapping out all chrome with Matt black fittings (flush button, toilet seat hinges, black overflow cover and painted all pipe work Matt black).

A ‘little’ project for my daughter over the Christmas break…

Removed the block wall between her room and stairs, built new sloped ceiling over stairs, removed built in cupboard, built bed over stairs, built storage underneath, flipped door, new electrics for reading light and moved light switch, added new socket, filled and smoothed walls, built new wardrobe and storage and decorated throughout.

Has doubled the usable space in her room and has gone from feeling tiny to quite spacious.

Last picture was taken from same spot to show difference.

We’re taking bookings for next year, we manage complete home renovations as well as individual rooms so if you’d like your project completed by us give us a call, message or email.

All work is undertaken by us Ryan & Tom unless we need specialist work completed then we use our vetted subcontractors so no big teams of guys traipsing through your house or different guys on different days.
