Take a look at this property, the outhouse on the rear of the building has had decades of neglect from the previous owner. Making it seem derelict. Leaking and ridden with damp.

No longer, my team has replaced everything other than the bricks. New flashing added where there was nothing before. Repaired pointing and fully weather sealed bricks. With brand new A grade double glazing window and door. Finished off with a new double outside socket. And that's just the outside! Inside we've added a brand new floor and ceiling. With separately installed layers of insolation backed up by self insulating plaster board. The whole surface filled and skimmed then decorated before adding a wooden window seal and skirting board finish. Lovely. 👍🏻

We also did a complimentary gutter and white work jet clean to make everything else look new again too. 😀

The owners were over the moon with the difference and couldn't thank my team enough for the work.

Take a look at this property, it's been 5 years since any external maintenance has been carried out on the roof, guttering or out buildings. And certainly no cleaning on either or the fascia or guttering.

We've taken care of all of that! Removing moss and muck from the roof. Clearing the gutters and cleaning them to pristine black. Unblocking and repairing any guttering along the way. finally removing any unwanted growth including ivy. And then cleaning every inch of white work and glass on the entire property to really give it a banging clean look!

Just in time for Christmas!
