Annual gas safety checks are so important. Today I've found a leaking gas main in a block of 9 flats, resulting in all of the gas being cut off while new pipework is being installed. When was your last check? Call me!

Haven't posted on here for a while, always worth getting your gas appliances checked annually. This customer's meter had rusted away and was leaking gas. All replaced and safe again.
