Springfield Road St Leonards. These sashes were very painted shut.
We carried out a service refurbishment and draught proofing.
The sashes are now fully functional as originally intended, with the added bonus of being draft proofed and ready for winter.

All but x2 of the sashes at this his property in St Leonards were sealed shut.
We removed all the sliding sash from the frames, carried out a service refreshment, replaced all the sash cords and then installed the sliding sashes back into the frames with complete draft proofing beading all round.
The sashes now slid smoothly and can be opened and closed as originally intended, with the added benefit of being completely draft proofed.
