A customer called last night to say they had tried to change their own lock but it doesn't feel right.
They had watched a YouTube video on how to remove their old cylinder.
What should have potentially been a very simple job ended up costing them a lot more 💰
If you're unsure, please call a professional.
Fortunately for this customer we had replacement parts on the van and were able to repair it on the spot.
