This staircase now has a bespoke lift-up shoe rack, making use of every bit of available space while keeping everything tucked away out of sight. A practical solution that looks like it's always been there. What do you think?

Another front door transformation completed. 🚪

The old door was removed, the new door was fitted, adjusted for a perfect fit, and finished with new ironmongery.
