Roof Replacement completed yesterday which had spray foamed insulation in between the roof trusses we stripped out all the insulation allowing the roof to breath again😀 every roof needs ventilation so that it does not sweat and cause damp and timber rot we then tiled the roof in with new Marley mendip tiles as the client requested also used the dry hip system with cemented mitres to allow for that extra air flow
