After many months of absence due to extensive renovation of our family house, i am now available for contracts.

Get your house ready for the summer break!!

Anything small to medium size projects around your house and holiday let. From clearing guttering to installing a new sink or simply refreshing the paint in your house.

I also do land management and ground work (strimming, cutting hedges, felling tree affected by die back, log splitting, etc)

This is why recaulking your bathroom shower, bath, sink and toilet is more than important.

At the moment that you notice either the caulk peeling, black mould or cracking, it needs to come off and be replaced.

Sadly for this customer, it is now too late. The tiles, shower tray and plywood will have to be completely replaced.

We offer recaulking services from as low as £40. This is definitely cheaper than a full bathroom refit.

If i said i will be there, then i will be there! Not a couple of snow flakes that will stop Toolkit-Tom to do a good job...
