Another one of our latest projects in St Dogmaels, just occupied by a delighted new resident of Preseli. 🙌

New kitchen and a newly configured bathroom/shower room as well as a total redecoration and new windows/doors for this property. Photos are just before the new carpets were laid.

Best to work backwards through this one!

‘After and Before’ of a basic bathroom repair job as another long term leak had caused lots of damage to the floor and stud work.
💧 Looking so much fresher ( and waterproof!) now! The client is finishing the paintwork on this one.

⭐️ Before and After⭐️

The kitchen in this property required re-tanking due to the ground outside being at a higher level than the internal walls, then completed with new kitchen, tiling and vinyl flooring.

Also total redecoration throughout, new carpets and new bathroom.

Lots of cutting in on the latest project! 🖌️
And the decorating is just the start!

A full rip out of kitchen and bathroom on this job- with slurry tanking in the kitchen as the external walls are below ground level- before new kitchen is installed. Further photos to follow!

The latest progress on a bathroom re- fit after a long standing leak had caused a huge amount of damage.
Old suite and flooring ripped out, new sub floor installed with new bath, shower, toilet and sink with new marble grey effect bathroom panels. Downstairs, the ceiling is being taken down and replastered. Hoping to finish this one this week.

The brief: bathroom upgrade- take out the old bidet and install a stand alone shower cubicle, new toilet and bath. New wall boards and flooring- Linda Barker no less!
