Geraint provided an excellent design service for our extensive refurbishment of a 1950s dormer bungalow. The project was done on time and in budget thanks to the expert designs and plans. What made working with Geraint so good was his ability to work with our goals in a highly collaborative and supportive way. This meant we could easily identify and deal with issues quickly. We also appreciated his attention to detail which allowed our builders a very clear and easy set of plans to follow . Would thoroughly recommend Geraint

This job in solva is well on its way, we gained planning and Building Regulation Approval, for the remodelling of the internal layout, providing an extension and extending the loft conversion, we worked with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring our design to life,
With careful planning and ex*****on, you can remodel your house and create a space that you love. Loft conversions can be a great way to add extra space to your home, without having to move.

This internal remodelling and extending job in Newgale is nearing completion, it sleeps 10 people. We carried out the survey with scanning technology that uses a laser to create a 3D model of the dwelling. Laser scanning is a non-contact, highly accurate method of capturing 3D data of a building.

3D models can be very helpful in the planning permission process. They can help clients and planners to understand and visualise the proposed development and its impact on the surrounding area. We use Laser scanning software to create precise and detailed 3D models of our buildings, which are used to communicate ideas and concepts to clients, contractors, Planners and The Building Control Department. This has helped to improve communication and on site coordination, which is leading to an efficient and Successful project.

Planning Permission obtained for a New Pub / Restaurant in Main Street Solva, works are going well on the complete overhaul, renovation and large extension, it will be open for the summer, see you down there.

Ffynnon Home Stores in Long Street, Newport, had plans drawn, obtained planining permission and refurbished all during Lockdown, Its now open.

The Final Phase of the Park Loktudi development at the Maesgwynne Meadows site in Fishguard is underway. We were appointed to do the Planning and Building Regulation approval for the 7 detached properties. They are now on the market.
