The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has approved the introduction of an Article 4(1) Direction to remove permitted development rights for 28-day camping, caravan, and mobile home sites within the National Park.

Planning permission obtained today for a new 4 bed dwelling in Roch for Simon Davies Construction Ltd
A helpful Planning Officer open to a modern design in an area where the easy default could have been 70,s bungalow style. Look forward to seeing it built in the New Year

Great to complete on a large flat plot in roch this week .build will start on this modern design 4 bed property in the new year now planning has been approved

I was fortunate enough a couple of years ago to add three extensions to what was already an impressive building sitting on an island in the Thames just outside London. It was a challenge with Conservation area, flood zone limitations and a keen local civic society. All work is now complete. It has a basement with its own boat dock, now has 4 bedrooms and nicely landscaped grounds.
