Kitchen floor tiled today after customer had a leaking water pipe under the floor. Tiles removed last week to allow plumber to make repair and we have gone back in today to tile and finish off. Many thanks again to Gary at G K Property Maintenance 👍

I’m excited to announce that KB Property Maintenance will be merging with GK Property Maintenance to become GKB Property Maintenance Limited from the 1st July.
After working with each other for the last few months we felt that now would be a good time to come together permanently.
We will continue to serve our existing customers and new customers alike using our combined skills and knowledge.
Looking forward to the future.

During this lockdown period I have been able to carry out some work where social distancing was easy to manage. Some examples of some recent fencing repairs and replacement and also a leaking built in toilet repaired and flooring replaced. A big thanks to Gary Feeney at GK Property Maintenance for the help thoughout this period.

Hardwood worktop was looking a bit sorry for itself. It had been varnished in a previous life, so old varnish and marks sanded off and then treated with Liberon Danish Oil. Customer very pleased now it looks like a new worktop 😁😁
