Office Assistant role
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our busy team based in our Haverhill office. Our ever-increasing workload means that we are now looking for a full-time/Part time individual who can come in and play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the office.
Candidates must have a positive, can do attitude and be happy to conduct a mix of administrative and office housekeeping duties including:
• Confidently managing incoming calls and dealing with client enquiries with a polite, friendly and professional manner
• Accurately inputting data into our company software system
• Arranging/scheduling appointments with customers
• Filing documents and office organisation.
• General administrative tasks.
This role would ideally suit someone looking to take steps into a career as a Secretary/PA. Some office and customer service experience would be a bonus. IT skills including (Microsoft Outlook. Excel and Word) is a must, as well as excellent communication skills and in a professional manner when dealing with our customers and suppliers by telephone and email.
Location: Haverhill
Hours of work: Full time. 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Part time Hours: Negotiable.
Salary: Dependant on experience.
