🪟🪟33 windows 😳 replaced on two properties for a family estate just outside Hawick.

Old sash and case windows replaced with Upvc energy efficient windows supplied by Macleod Glass

😍😍 loving the start of this property face lift .

Replacing the aged pvc door with this modern composite door finished of with composite decking to the step area .

Off with the old leaky garage roof and re framed and boarded . All felt and lead work carried out by Ryan Nichol

White up and over garage doors replaced with these grey electric roller doors and facias and walls clad with pvc for an outstanding finish.

More progress to come 😄

It’s been a busy time recently and the socials have been very quiet

🎄Xmas kitchen🎄

A returning customer wanted to make better use of her space .

We knocked down a stud wall to create
the open plan living /kitchen area

Built a new partition to form the new office area with units that house the fridge and freezer aswell as the dishwasher .

Kitchen supplies by Howdens, plumbing work by Kris Sharkey Plumbing and Heating and electrical work by DL Electrical & Renewables and plastering by Dean Gillan and all joinery work by myself .

This old rosewood door was past its best and replaced with a two tone ,
▪️Anthracite grey frame
▪️Oak composite slab door
▪️Finished with black hardware
▪️Internally the door slab and frame are all white .

😍😍When the carpet fitter gets round laying his own carpet and sending me the finished results

Existing newel posts clad with oak veneer with solid oak handrails and newel caps

The glass was templated and then supplied by Macleod Glass and we then fitted it with brushed nickel glass clamps to give this outstanding finish

•2 tone Multi panel shower boards
• gloss white ceiling panels
• new larger tilt and turn window installed
• Finished with a bold vinyl flooring

Old rose wood tilt and turns replace with new anthracite grey casements. New composite door to the front and a PVC panelled door to the rear .
