What was once an outdated, inefficient bungalow is now a bright, vibrant, energy-efficient home designed for modern living as sustainable as it is beautiful.

Mark and Nick started out in joinery, so standing next to one of our handmade sash windows feels a bit like going back to their roots.

We’ve been shouting about it a bit lately, but just in case you missed it we don’t just do stairs.

From Part Q tested sash windows to bespoke doors and joinery for full developments, we work with builders, developers, and joiners across Cornwall to deliver quality timber products built to spec.

We’ve been a bit slack lately with updates due to an extremely full workload, This week has been interesting, visiting a very nice client who serves a great cup of coffee, and seeing their interesting project at Marazion. Semmens Steel fabrication were on site erecting a steel frame using their awesome spider crane, thanks Adam for the great work, and MPL for the building works. The week was finished off with an interesting survey of a local historic building and a pasty from Philips Bakery.
