Back the other day doing a little in filling on the Pergola job in Hayle, and started the roof by one full layer of roofing felt followed by the tiles. We also had to reinforce the back wall because of age related cracks.
" Nothing to do with the Pergola"
But by infilling the pergola it hides the ugly wall...!!!

Boarded out a loft space for a customer, had to put 2/2 batons down first as cables were going over the joists.
Now they have plenty of storage space.

Hanging new doors last week also putting down Oak thresholds. Not easy when nothing is level 🤦🙄

Small bathroom job in chalet all plumbed in " by myself " , pvc skirting boards up and all silicone done. Just a little splash back needed over the sink.

Started a Pergola job this week... coming along nicely and we need to felt the roof then bitumen tiles, we are also going to T&G two of the back openings.

Bathroom coming along in the small chalet in Hayle, got to fit a new toilet 🚽.... but this is not the best way to anchor it to the floor, but this was done quite a few years ago 🤦

Don't let broken down double glazed units spoil your view..... I've been replacing quite a few lately after the storms 🌧️🌪️

Ongoing work on a very old chalet in Hayle, putting in a new bathroom and altering rooms.
A little challenging as all walls floors and ceilings are not level 🤦 but it's taking shape. " More photos to come".
