Part 2:
An electrical fault in the toaster sparked a fire that caught the side of the tower unit and quickly spread to the wall cabinet above. Thanks to some quick thinking from a neighbour and a couple of builders who were nearby, the blaze was contained before it could take hold of the whole house. Absolute heroes — well done, lads.

This stunning kitchen transformation in Hayle was created for a lovely couple using Howdens’ fresh colour range—an elegant blend of sea green and linen in a classic shaker style. Sleek Minerva worktops complement the look, while Neff appliances—including the ever-popular Slide & Hide oven adding modern convenience. A light blue rectangular tile from The Tile Showroom (Hayle) brings charm to the splashback, and the floor features light oak glue-down vinyl from the Colonia range. The entire space was beautifully decorated to complete the makeover.

"Today’s featured kitchen, completed in Hayle for our overseas clients, showcases a bespoke corner-framed wall, full decoration with paint expertly matched to the existing built-in units, and elegant LVT glue-down flooring throughout. The kitchen itself is a Howdens Shaker in Sage Green, topped with 12mm Duropal Compact Laminate in Ceramic Rust—complete with an undermount sink and drainer grooves, supplied by us. We also provided a Bosch oven and fridge/freezer to complete the space.

This thoughtfully designed kitchen in Carbis Bay was created with an elderly couple's specific needs in mind. They chose a charming Howdens shaker kitchen in sage green, paired with elegant Zenith white marble compact laminate worktops for a fresh and inviting and hard wearing finish.
We maximized space efficiency by installing a new electric pressurized cylinder in an unused corner, ensuring a steady supply of hot water to both the sink and adjoining bathroom. To add convenience and comfort, we supplied a Samsung washer/dryer with a "Happy face" design and a stylish set of green velvet stools for the breakfast bar.
