As you may have noticed from the quiet feed, 2025 has been a very busy year for JTA.

From celebrating our 4th Anniversary, to submitting our largest Planning Application to date, and working alongside some truly fantastic clients and contractors, the past year has absolutely flown by.

With Christmas almost upon us, we’ll soon be taking a well-earned break to celebrate and recharge.
🎄 The office will be closed from 5pm on 23rd December and will reopen on 6th January.

We look forward to meeting new and prospective clients in the New Year, and continuing to help turn ideas into well-considered, practical designs.

As always, we will continue to offer our free 45-minute consultation, where you can ask any question about your project. No question is too small — and the best way to answer them is by meeting with JTA, either at your home or business.

It's 2024 - almost!!!!

First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year - JTA hope that you had a great Christmas and are ready to celebrate the New Year.

JTA have recently Partnered with Mid Sussex Building Control to process our Building Control Applications.

Our partnership aims to streamline our applications and will hope to make the approvals easier and quicker, getting projects to site and then completed sooner too.

JTA often work with our clients from the outset, but we are also happy to get involved if you already have planning approval. We can then assist with your Building Regulations Application so you can move onto building your project.
