After some lengthy negotiations with the planners the outcome was another successful project in Sussex. Our client had an old steel frame barn in their field, this was removed and replaced with this beautiful family home.

The client is certainly very pleased with the outcome and has spent their first Christmas in their brand new property.

Built by Helme & Hallett this house is to a very high standard and comes complete with Sustainable technology to make this eco friendly, using Tesla power wall, solar panels and an ASHP this home is partly self sufficient.

After a number of years negotiations we finally achieved planning consent for our client to convert their single storey bungalow into a modern 2 storey property in the middle of the Southdown's National Park.
