You will need at least five years of relevant experience and a proven ability to work on a wide range of medium-sized projects. You should be ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress within the company.

You will possess a high level of technical expertise across a broad variety of electrical installations and be knowledgeable and self-motivated enough to resolve most on-site issues independently.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise effectively with clients, architects and surveyors, other trades, suppliers, and team members.
