From standard white walls to something a little more inviting 🏡

This week I have given this hallway in Ilkeston, Derbyshire a fresh new look with the Dulux shade Fine Cream, making the space feel more homely.

Before (not pictured) the walls were plain white and the woodwork had yellowed since it was last painted. Now it’s all fresh and clean again, finished with Dulux Trade High Gloss on the woodwork. When my customers have new doors and carpet fitted in a couple of weeks it will really transform the space!

Oh what a feeling! 💪🏼

My customers in Long Eaton, Nottingham were keen to give their large kitchen and living room a makeover themselves but were unsure how to tackle the very large and complicated ceiling with 21 spotlights and a giant skylight reveal- which is higher than it might look on pictures!

I also filled many hairline cracks and nail pops and covered a water stain with specialist paint. My customers are painting the walls and woodwork themselves.

I was recently back with a returning customer in Arnold, Nottingham who needed the lining paper stripping from her kitchen walls then painting in her chosen colour of Apple White. The ceiling and walls were also painted in white.

Here’s a bedroom in a rental property I completed earlier this month in Arnold, Nottingham. The ceiling had been freshly plastered after a leak and required a mist coat before painting as usual. The walls and woodwork were also freshened up from magnolia to white.

Well that’s me on my Christmas break now until 5th January 🎄🎁

🐻 Born to be wild 🐻

I was overjoyed for my returning customers in Chilwell, Nottingham when they got in touch again to say they’d had a baby since my last visit! Now it was time to get baby’s nursery ready. Following on from the builders like last time, I mist coated the new plaster and then applied the chosen colours of Dulux Vanilla White and Guild Green, ready to be themed as a woodland nursery. 🪵🦊🌳🍄

All finished off with white gloss on the woodwork.

💜 When you paint your world in purple, you sing with the colours of life 💜

I love the bold choice of colour my customer in Long Eaton, Nottingham made for their shower room! The walls are finished in Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt in the shade Wild Blackberry.

A simply stunning outcome for this shower room in Beeston, Nottingham! The lovely lilac walls give this room a gentle and elegant feel. I first mist coated the room and then finished the walls with the customers chosen colour, Watercolour Grape, using Valspar Premium Kitchen & Bathroom Matt paint.
