A complete refurbishment of a kitchen in a beautiful grade 2 listed property in .

We insulated the room with sheep's wool, installed new ceiling joists, replastered, added a window to the rear to give a view onto the garden 🌹🌻, turned a side window into French doors, levelled a very wonky floor, laid new flooring and all second fix carpentry 😊

Here is a garden room 🌷🌳 I have recently completed in East Sussex. The homeowner asked me to design and build them a new space to use as an office and extra reception room. It's fully insulated, with double glazed French doors and heating and Internet access so is cozy all year round 🌞⛄
