Bring the whole family along for a fun-filled afternoon featuring:

🎨 FREE Arts & Crafts Activities for Children with Lauren Jackson. Lauren is a local creative practitioner who will be running a relaxed nature-themed craft drop-in, including pebble painting and other creative activities inspired by the park and surrounding environment.

🌱 Family Planting Activities in the Zome with Paddy Spain. Paddy is a local environmentalist with a wealth of experience in growing, sowing, and nurturing green spaces. As our dedicated Pavilion Gardens Champion, he will be leading family-friendly flower planting activities and sharing his passion for helping the gardens flourish for everyone to enjoy.

We were busy at the end of the year finishing one of our new projects for community centre in Nelson
This lovely little living garden room is designed to accommodate events, workshops and simply provide a shelter for all those who are involved with this new urban food project. We included living wall as well as living roof. Structure is made from timber frame and has sliding door to one side and open panel to the other making it more spacious. We are very happy that this project came our way as it is a perfect example of what organised food production in local communities can provide. We wish them all the best and large harvest for new 2026 season
