These pine finials have been copy-turned and now just need the tops cleaning up to complete.
A quick exercise with the skew sorts the out, swipe for a slow mo version.
Pine, 90mmØ, spinning at 1200rpm@with the rest just below centre height.







Here again in slow motion get it and you can catch workpiece and the waste in one go!

One and two half table pedestals in Ash.
Very pleased with the results here.
The two halves are to go on the ends of a central island unit and are purely decorative.

A simple, elegant design and if approved they’ll be a few hundred to do…
Oak, 40mm square and 700 long. Spinning at 1200rpm with the tool rest just below centre.
