When the ‘after’ pics are that good, they’ve got to come before the ‘before’ pics! What a facelift 🎭

Absolutely buzzing with how this project has turned out. A complete internal layout rearrangement as well as a double fronted two storey extension that uses the existing roof slope and existing openings to create a balconied, double height entrance lobby. 🥂

Every single bit of credit must go to Daniel and Carmen, as well contractor for pulling this off 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Following positive pre planning application advice, we are now finalising a formal planning application for these two bespoke Yorkshire stone detached dwellings on a small pocket of greenbelt land within Kirklees. Looking forward to moving this one forward. ✍️

Before and CGI after images of a proposed scheme currently in the planning stage. This large Victorian-style home required an additional bedroom and more functional ground floor space. The existing side extension was no longer suitable, so it will be replaced with a two-storey side extension and a wrap-around front porch. This will provide the home with much-needed kerb appeal and improved functionality.

📈📈📈 major progress on one of our Hipperholme projects. From a dated 1970s facade to a traditional/contemporary mix using natural stone, stone surrounds and a glazed curtain wall double height entrance space. The internal alterations are now progressing well. We can’t wait to see this project blossom in the coming months 😍

Great to be working with our client on this lovely house in Horsforth. The brief included a complete renovation and redesign internally as well as a two storey rear extension, hip to gable roof extensions and a dormer to the rear. A quick turnaround on this project now sees it going through the planning stages with the hope of getting cracked on in the new year 🧱 🔨
