Although we’ve been quiet on our page we have been very busy with work over the last few weeks in and around Hornsea Beverley and Hessle. Damp proofing and floor repairs for old customers and new.
We are now off for the Christmas period but we will still be taking calls for any survey requests or inquiries you may have.

A few images of work carried out the last few weeks.
Damp proofing, remove and replacement of a conservatory roof and replacing it with the rubber roofing system and gutters plus new glass units.
A bay window replaced, new internal cill, insulated top and bottom with a sloping roof applied using the EPDM rubber roofing system with new guttering.

A lobby, shed and toilet were there had been a leaking pipe needed the ceiling cladded and walls boarded and plastered and making good.
We also boarded up an old unused window and all the external electrical trunking and cables put behind the boards for a more useful and better looking small storage area. We used a more practical plastic skirting to finish off this well used entrance lobby.

A mixed bag of work the last few weeks and a well earned holiday break in between.
Damp proofing, rendering and more EPDM roofing on an extension roof with an adjoining porch outside area. Removing the old leaking corrugated plastic sheeting and replacing it with the rubber roofing system and a new gutter and down pipe.

Well we’ve been all over the area the last few weeks. Damp proofing and replacing bay and garage roofs with the tuff long life EPDM rubber roof covering.
With new guttering and tidy trims the garage we have done recently almost looks like a new build.

Tackling spalled bricks and mortar loss, by cutting out the damaged bricks and matching with new on a wall open to the sea elements.

Pictures of a property which had units in the alcoves these were removed to discover damp musty walls, also the foliage that had recently been growing on the external walls hadn’t helped either. When chopping off the plaster there was fine roots coming through the brickwork, these were removed and a dpc system used afterwards.

From fitting a new door in Hornsea to damp proofing in Withernsea and back to Hedon all in the past few weeks, working on some lovely old properties.
