One of our planning permissions from last year for an Agricultural Machinery Shed on The Lizard Peninsula. Welcome to our new social media pages 💫. My name is Paul Gendall, and this is my business page for design, planning and built management work.

I previously worked for main contractors such as Midas and Carillion for 15 years. However, over the last 10 years, I have been slowly building up my own business, mainly focusing on planning permissions and building regulations applications. I run this alongside my families beef farm on The Lizard Peninsula.

I have been married to my wife Lizzie for 10 years and at the end of 2023 we welcomed our daughter.
