For all works undertaken outside these areas a minimal charge will apply for travelling time and mileage. RATES

£40 per hour chargeable in 15 minute blocks, if less than 1 hour

Fixed Fees & Day Rates are available and are encompassed in a full quotation

Installation of curtain rails, poles & blinds

Fitting shelves, hanging
pictures/artwork/mirrors

Flat-pack & furniture assembly

Installation of household appliances such as washing machines & dishwashers (providing the electrics, water supply and waste are already in place)

TV mounting & installation

Replacing security lights, lights switches, wall sockets, ceiling lamps & bulbs

Minor plumbing repairs such as fixing dripping taps or running toilet cisterns

Installation of battery powered standalone smoke & carbon monoxide alarms

Dry wall, dings & dents repair

Restoration & refresh of external wooden benches, sheds & storage boxes

WOODWORKING

Bespoke cabinets, shelving, bookcases, spice & wine racks
Light carpentry

WORKS NOT COVERED

Working at heights

Electrical installation of new sockets & moving sockets. This is a job for the qualified professionals

Painting & decorating

Gas – this is specialist job for qualified professionals
