With Spring just around the corner, many of us will be having a good tidy up and emptying those cluttered drawers. Did you know that some household clutter can be recycled and turned into donations? 🤔
We work with a variety of recycling services that accept items like used ink cartridges, old or broken jewellery (yes, we finally have a use for that odd earring), mobile phones, and even used stamps. You can be eco-friendly and help the dogs in our care at the same time! 🐶 💛

Want healthy daffodils next year? Pull the heads off and the seed head too. (the little bulge beneath the flower) the seed head is what the plant puts all its energy into, so if you remove these then all the plants energy goes back into the bulb ready for next year. Then, once the stems and leaves are dead, cut them off at ground level. Wait until spring, and then your daffodils (Narcissus) will be healthy as can be!
