Our customer wanted a full premium finish using Farrow & Ball throughout, including the stunning Wisteria wallpaper paired with Farrow & Ball Cord on the walls to create a calm, elegant feel.

From full preparation and repairs, to carefully hanging the paper and achieving a flawless finish throughout, every detail was completed with care and precision.

The combination of the soft neutral palette, fitted furniture and classic wallpaper pattern gives this room a timeless, high-end look 🤍

Weekend works completed for JW Homes 🏢✨

We were asked if we could carry out the works over the weekend as the office is fully operational throughout the week, so our team made it happen with minimal disruption 👌

The existing wallpaper had been damaged where panels had ripped away the top layer, so we carefully spliced in repairs to restore the surface before decorating 🎨

We then applied Macphersons Durable Matt to provide a clean, professional and long lasting finish suitable for a busy office environment 💪

As part of the service, we also carefully removed all pictures and wall fixtures, cleaned down the areas, and reinstated everything ready for the office to reopen on Monday morning 🧼🪜

Another one completed 👌✨

We’ve just finished this care home project for Calon Care, and this one was all about creating a clean, calm and comfortable environment for the residents 🏡

Full redecoration throughout, keeping everything fresh, bright and durable, while still making it feel homely, not clinical. That balance is key on projects like this 🙌

Every room finished to a high standard, consistent colours, crisp lines, and a space that feels welcoming the moment you walk in 👀

Attention to detail was massive on this one, especially with the lighting, woodwork, and making sure everything is hard wearing for day to day use 💪

Really happy with how this turned out, and more importantly, so are the client 👍

We’ve just opened up some availability for external painting across Merthyr, Caerphilly, Cardiff, and surrounding areas.

Whether it’s full houses, rendered walls, pebble dash, or just freshening things up, we handle everything properly from start to finish, prep, protection, and a finish that actually lasts, not just looks good for a few months.

A lot of the work we get called to fix is down to poor prep or rushed jobs, that’s not how we work.

Another one wrapped up this week 👇

1 bedroom flat freshen up after a leak, with tenants still living in the property.

The landlord got in touch needing a quote ASAP after being let down by a few others not turning up, we got straight over and handled it.

We carried out all works while the tenants were in situ, making sure everything was
✔ Protected properly,
✔ Kept clean and tidy daily,
✔ Done with minimal disruption.

Ceilings and walls repaired, full redecoration completed, and the place brought back to a clean, fresh standard 👍

The big thing on this job wasn’t just the finish, it was the response time, communication, and respect for the tenants living there, which the client really appreciated.

Right… time to raise things back up properly with new logo and rebrand.

Benchmark Decorators is back doing what we do best 👊

Setting the Standard.

For me, that means:

✔ Turning up when we say we will
✔ Proper preparation (not just slapping paint on)
✔ Respecting your home like it’s our own
✔ Clean, sharp finishes done properly

Too many people have had bad experiences with decorators…
being let down, rushed jobs, mess left behind.

That’s not how we work. Never has been.
