Inspection on an older property today in Cardiff. During the inspection of the rear of the property, it was noted that the rendered dividing wall exhibits a small gap that could potentially lead to water seepage Additionally, there are visible cracks in some areas of the existing render on the property.

Recent inspection carried out this week on a new build home in Cardiff. Attic insulation has been turned up by trades after installation by the insulation team. This will result in loss of energy and heat loss during the colder months.

50% Deposit is required via PayPal, to book an agreed date and the remaining cost is due 48 hours after home inspection has been completed. On receipt of final payment your fully comprehensive detailed report including any necessary photographs will be sent to you via email.

This report can also be issued to you in a portfolio on request at an additional cost of £28 including postage.

We’re also aware that timeframes change quite often during a house build, once your deposit has been paid, we can change your date as long as we’re given at least 48 hours notice.
