⭐️Sky Glass Media wall⭐️

A plastered medial wall for sky glass tv and electric fire.

In just a few days this project was framed up, boarded, wired, coved and then plastered. Luckily I booked the plastering in ahead of time to fit my schedule on this so that as soon as I was done boarding and beading the plasterer dropped straight on it.
The sky glass tv sits super tight on its built in wall bracket so this large opening all needed framing forward to ensure the tv finished flush with the face of the media wall.
A splash of danish oil on the reclaimed oak beam and this project was complete.

⭐️Kitchen upgrade⭐️

New worktops, doors and wall units added to an air bnb in Hay.

Howdens - Hereford were kind enough to recommend me for this job.
After some doors and the worktop had become damaged from a lot of use it was time to upgrade!

With thanks to R Brown Carpentry on this one for helping me pre join the worktop and get it in situ as the walls didn’t allow for a post fit bolt up 🔧.

⭐️Floating Lounge Units⭐️

Another challenge to keep this lovely herringbone flooring exposed.

36mm shelves float above wall hung base units with shaker doors. A narrow log store was added alongside to pair up with the log burner.

All of the units and shelves were made off site and then installed in one day for least customer disruption.

⭐️ Oak Wardrobe ⭐️

One of my personal favourites to date!

After drawing this design up it was time to pull it off!

An 18mm mdf oak veneered sheet material was used to achieve this finish. Accompanied by polished chrome rails and soft close hinges the oak fit in to the room perfectly.
As the house was incredibly old a backless system was required on this build to ensure the existing beams were left exposed, so all shelving was placed on lugs with a rear upstand for security of items placed up on them.
The final challenge was to get round the vaulted ceiling while keeping the appearance symmetrical so bifold doors were adopted to get around this issue.

⭐️ Garage Conversion ⭐️

Turning this one and a half bay garage into a beauty studio for CB Beauty Studio Hereford was a great job!

Ventilation added to the roof space allowed the garage to continue to “breathe” after a vapour barrier and rigid insulation were added to the ceiling and walls on top of a counter batten.
A new separate fuse board was added feeding multiple double sockets and new dimmable lighting.
After the plastering and a splash of white paint the storage units and floor were added to complete the room ready for procedures!
