Underfloor heating in the walls?!

Back in Folkestone at AAC Groups new office, after the stud work had finished for the new meeting room, the customer decided he wanted underfloor heating but not in the floor, in the walls! This is popular in Germany and runs off a ASHP (Air source heat pump).

After installing, the customer asked to make the new meeting room as nice as possible for clients so I decided to plaster rather than tape and joint to get that perfect finish.

I made a niche to maximise space, all walls had 18mm OSB ply sheets to strengthen and for fixing points all over the office.
After Insulating & plaster boarding, the plastering began.
A few days left to dry out then I could begin the decorating, fitting the new skirting, sockets & data points.
To finish off, I laid the new carpet tiles and built two cupboard doors from MDF to hide the control panels ready for the ceiling grid and air con to go in.

A very happy Customer and might I add, it was a pleasure to work for the great team at AAC Group.

First job back after a nice holiday, the customer had old plaster flaking off the wall, with a bit if TLC and a couple coats of fresh plaster the wall is back to how it should be. Another happy Customer 😀

In maidstone for the last couple of days, The customer wanted a new patio to go with his new shed.
We Broke up his old slabs for the base and to save waste.
Went with Indian Sandstone slabs with a new manhole cover.

The customer had began decorating a while ago and she needed an extra hand finishing off. Ceiling, walls and woodwork all sanded, filled and painted, also sealing in the gaps between the walls and kitchen units. Another happy customer 👌

Customer wanted to freshen and warm the room up with lighter colours We chose fine cream colour and a slight contrast for the chimney breast. Customer very happy🙂
