Nice little front garden freshen up 👌🏼

The customer had inherited the typical old barked borders, that had been rotting away for a while, along with the log edging. 🥱

So we removed all the old; bark, edging & gravel, cleared down to a couple inches below ground level, planted 70+ Euonymus (mixture of White Spire & Emerald Gold) along with a load of fresh compost to create a low hedge, laid some new w**d control membrane & covered with 4 tonnes of pebbles. 🪨

We then removed some of the overgrown & very woody Cornus from the outside boundary & replaced with 4 pleached trees with stakes, to add privacy to the back garden. 🌴

Finally finished up by giving the remaining shrubs a fairly hard cut/reshape ✂️

We were tasked with taking down these 7 massively overgrown Conifers, clearing away 7 trailers loads of rubbish & replacing with new 6ft fence panels & concrete posts; to give the customer back the corner space in their garden ✅🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

Bits & pieces ✅

- Raised the bottom of the Beech hedge to make more space in the border
- Seeded the patches on the last of our lawn jobs
- Photinia hedges cut
- Regular maintenance
- Reduced & shaped a row of Buddleja so they’ll all look uniform once in flower
- Bit of ground work; removing several trees & shrubs, framing the area using reclaimed sleepers, rotivating & making good of what’s left ready for 3 tonnes of fresh topsoil & turf done
